Welcome to our Nursecall Specialist section.

The Nursecall system has seen a lot of changes over recent years. From a buzzer and a light over the door which could often be a little hit and miss, we now have highly advanced systems that will not only tell you exactly where the call is, but can also log all calls made.

The Quantec Addressable Call System reports the location of a call using LCD display units located at strategic points giving staff clear and concise information. The optional Surveyor software allows managers to assess when the busiest times are, and adjust their staffing levels accordingly.

It also keeps a log of all calls, including response times to help ensure that clients needs are being met.

2010 is an exciting year for us, as we celebrate our fortieth year of trading,  and we have some excellent offers on Quantec systems this year. If you have an old system you want to upgrade, this can often be done with minimal disruption, or a new system can be installed in a sympathetic manner.

We do of course also install conventional call systems and disabled toilet alarms.
